Not Sure if your Web order was Submitted?

Sometimes orders will not be submitted if an internet connection was lost or there was an unusually high volume of traffic on our web site. An order is submitted when an order confirmation page appears after you submit your order. If the internet connection was lost and the confirmation page did not appear on your browser, please check your e-mail for an order confirmation message (a valid e-mail address is required to receive a confirmation e-mail).

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail or the web site did not display a confirmation page after submitting your order then there is a possiblility that the order was not received.
