Processing
Web Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days* of receiving
the order. All web orders submitted after 10:00 am EST will be processed
the following day. Exceptions to this rule are Fridays in which
it will be processed the following Monday and orders submitted on
holidays.
Domestic
Locations
All orders to U.S. domestic destinations are shipped via U.S. Postal
Service Priority Mail from our Florida warehouse. The delivery time
for USPS Priority mail is between 3 to 5 business days*. Other shipping
options, if available, are displayed on the shopping cart of our
website.
International
Orders
All International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Airmail
Parcel Post or GEM Service. The delivery for these shipments can
range from 8 to 18 business days.

*Business
days are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST excluding
