When you purchase a Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 Set, you may open and try one DVD and its matching flashcard set for 30 days. If you feel that the products are not helping your child within the 30 day period following your purchase, you can return the complete set, including the opened DVD and matching flashcard set for a full refund of your purchase price. This refund will cover the total cost of the product and any taxes you might have paid. It will not include any shipping and handling charges and must be done within the first 30 days after your purchase. When you purchase the 5-Volume Vocabulary Builder Set, you may open and try one DVD for 30 days. If you feel that the products are not helping your child within the 30 day period following your purchase, you can return the complete set, including the opened DVD for a full refund of your purchase price for the products plus any taxes you paid. The refund will not include any shipping and handling charges and must be done within the first 30 days after your purchase. When you purchase either the Award-Winning Level Sets or Library Sets, you may open and try two DVD’s and their matching flashcard sets for 30 days. If you feel that the products are not helping your child within the 30 day period following your purchase, , you can return the complete set, including the opened DVD you can return the complete set for a refund of your purchase price for the products plus any taxes you paid. The refund will not include any shipping and handling charges and must be done within the first 30 days after your purchase.

Replacement Policy for Broken or Defective Discs
We will replace broken or defective DVD’s for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
